Embed, is about my connection to a passed down object. A bed sheet that was once my great grandparents, is now in my possession and used often in my bed. But, this object carries a history. I understand that those who used it before had a different life from my own-- conflicting in many ways.

In this triptych -- the body and bedding become one through the use of multiple exposures.  This approach allows me to rebuild the relationship between myself, the sheet, and passed down understandings of love and comfort.
